Antivirus 2009 is an insidious little piece of software that poses as a security program. In reality, it only breaches your security, while trying to look legit. How did it get on your computer? It can get on your computer in a variety of ways. If you've ever gone to a website and had a Windows alert box come up, saying something along the lines of, "Your computer may be infected with spyware, would you like to scan now?" it could have downloaded onto your computer then, even if you clicked NO or CANCEL! It could also have come from a bit torrent site--it can get bundled in with all sorts of things that way. Finally, it might have worked its way in through a Trojan horse. There are many of these out there--some of which also pose as spyware! It's a good idea to get some reliable security software and get rid of Antivirus 2009 ASAP!
