Being infected with adware is a pain in the butt. I know because I have been infected with Rdspclips before. Rdspclips gave me nothing but trouble.
From the moment I downloaded a certain free screen saver I noticed that there was something different about my computer. It just didn’t seem to be working the same as it had before. This is because Rdspclips was bundled in with that free screen saver.
My computer started to slow down. It seemed that it slowed down more and more with each passing day. I started to notice new icons appearing on my desktop, and still my computer slowed. Then advertisements started to pop up on my screen telling me that I could buy hiking boots at such and such website. I did some research online and found out that my computer’s recent behavior was due to being infected with adware and spyware. I was shocked. I had no idea that I was being spied on. I didn’t like the idea of having strangers knowing my personal information, especially if there was a chance that they were stealing my passwords or my credit card numbers.
