Anti-Spyware FYI -Vundo the Trojan Horse and the Blue Screen of DeathThis is a featured page

No, it's not the latest Harry Potter novel. Instead, it's a computer virus that can wreck your system if you let it stay too long.
One of the less malicious symptoms of Vundo is that your screensaver might be replaced by the “blue screen of death”. This is a screen that resembles what you get when Windows suddenly has to shut your computer down due to a severe error or computer danger.
Usually, you can change your screensaver by right-clicking the mouse while looking at the desktop screen, then selecting “Properties”. You are then taken to a dialog box where you can change your screensaver. With Vundo, you will soon notice the “screensaver” option is suddenly missing.
Next, you're likely to see pop-up ads for various anti-spyware programs. Don't buy them! They are likely fake programs that will just take your money. Don't be taken in!
